A cookie is a short text file sent to your computer hard disc from a web server.
It is an identity card created for you by the sender and does not contain viruses.

To enable cookies:

In Internet Explorer 4:
  1. Click "View" at the top of the browser.
  2. Click "Internet Options".
  3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
  4. Scroll down to "Cookies".
  5. Select to enable cookies.
  6. Click on "Apply" or "OK" to save changes.


In Internet Explorer 5 or later:
  1. Click "Tools" at the top of your browser.
  2. Click "Internet Options".
  3. Click the "Security" tab.
  4. Click on "Custom Level".
  5. Scroll down to "Options for cookies".
  6. Choose enable for both cookies and temporary session cookies.
  7. Click "Apply" or "OK" to save the preferences.


In Netscape:
  1. Click "Edit" at the top of the browser.
  2. Click "Preferences".
  3. Click on "Advanced".
  4. Under "Cookies", select "Accept all cookies.
  5. Click "Apply" or "OK" to save your preferences.

For other browsers see the site of the producer.
